The Problem
Tharp Plumbing Systems, Inc., is a commercial plumbing contractor that has been serving the Orlando, Florida area for over 44 years. Labor incentive program for their employees
Tharp Plumbing Systems created a labor incentive program and gives bonuses to their workforce based on labor saved throughout different jobs. To meet these goals, they kept track of their constantly-moving crews on an Excel spreadsheet. This document was accurate at the end of the week, but somewhat of a guessing game leading up to Friday. They knew there had to be a better way.

With their workforce already clocking in and out on their mobile devices, Tharp’s team embraces new technology opportunities. Their leadership team is always looking for the next best thing — something that would make their lives easier and their business more efficient. This is when they found LaborChart.
