LaborChart and Autodesk Announce New Construction Cloud Integration

LaborChart is pleased to announce an efficiency-enhancing integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud™, a portfolio of software services that combines advanced technology, a builder's network and predictive insights to help drive efficiency for construction companies across the globe.

LaborChart, the leading workforce management platform for the construction industry, will be available for customers to add to their Autodesk Build™ and BIM 360® Project Home dashboards for streamlined workforce management. LaborChart provides an innovative technology solution for an industry that has traditionally relied on outdated processes and methods. By collaborating with Autodesk and having a partner card within Autodesk Build and BIM 360, LaborChart is able to further help contractors take advantage of a holistic view of their workforce, increase efficiency and better future-proof their business.

“Although I didn’t realize it at the time, Autodesk was my first introduction to construction technology — learning to use AutoCAD back in high school.,” says LaborChart CEO, Ben Schultz. “Twenty years later, we’ve built our own construction technology, and that now that can be leveraged by our shared customers, within one platform.”

This new integration simplifies the project management process, empowering customers to make efficient decisions in the fast-paced construction industry. Customers will now be able to access LaborChart directly within Autodesk Construction Cloud, streamlining their labor forecasting and bridging the communication gap between office and field workers.

"Effective workforce management is critical for project success," said James Cook, head of integrations at Autodesk Construction Solutions. "Having LaborChart directly alongside the wealth of construction data in AutoDesk Build and BIM 360 will help teams make informed decisions about workforce planning so they can keep projects successfully on track and drive better results for their clients."

Customers can easily add the LaborChart Partner Card to their BIM 360 or Autodesk Build Project Home dashboard by following these steps.

"As the construction industry continues to adopt and integrate new technology, contractors can move faster, more efficiently and with better data and insights,” says Schultz. “By having an BIM 360 Partner Card, LaborChart can continue to help our customers maximize their productivity so they can focus on other tasks and utilize LaborChart in a way that works best for their organization."
