LaborChart has released two new editing features that improves the user experience and increases efficiency by streamlining the way contractors make updates to their data in LaborChart. The new features make it easier for users to make bulk edits or individual updates in a familiar way they’re used to when managing their workforce on spreadsheets.
This new feature enables users to make identical edits to multiple selections at the same time. With batch editing, the amount of time it takes contractors to make the same edit for a number of selections is greatly reduced.
Inline editing allows users to edit individual cells in a list view without having to open the entity in a separate window. Inline editing gives contractors more reason to trash their spreadsheets and manage all of their people and project data in the LaborChart platform.
Benefits of Both Features
The new batch and inline editing features are keyboard accessible, have permission-based controls and are available on several list pages including the people, project, request, assign, groups and time off views.
